FINANCE / ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
RESPECT Program

RESPECT is a 5-year program funded by USAID and lead by World
Learning in partnership with CCF and two Indonesian organizations.
The goal of the RESPECT program is to strengthen democratic civic
culture; that is, to provide opportunities for Indonesians who may
hold divergent views to define, create and realize common democratic
values, processes and institutions. RESPECT is designed to
facilitate the ability of Indonesians to create and participate in
an inclusive public sphere (social and political) that recognizes
and respects the place in society of all citizens irrespective of
religion, ethnicity, gender, or other attribute. The program has the
following objectives:
• Objective I: To increase respect for religious groups,
women, and minorities in the target geographic areas;
• Objective II: To increase citizen participation and
engagement with the government on issues related to pluralism,
religious diversity, and the rights of women and minorities;
• Objective III: To strengthen the legal system to support
pluralism and the rights of religious, ethnic, or gender minorities.
RESPECT will concentrate its work in three geographic areas — West
Java, Central Java, and Banten — focusing on civil society, formal
and informal leaders at the community level, and government
officials at the village, District and, to a limited extent,
provincial levels.


The Finance/Admin Coordinator is responsible for overall financial
management of RESPECT program. Works closely with Field Coordinator,
Finance Manager and other RESPECT team in ensuring the financial
procedure and policy are comply with Donor requirement, support the
RESPECT team in term of financial management and reporting, and
ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in handling the funding to
support the program implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education Degree (S1) in Economics/Accountin g with at least
5 year experience in similar position, preferably 3 years experience
working with International Non Government Organization or local Non
Government Organization receiving international funds or
auditing/accounting company.
• Excellent relational, managerial, and leadership skills
• Detailed Oriented, good analytical skill, honest, highly
responsible, reliable and Team Player.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in Indonesia
Language, as well as fluency in English
• Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office for operational
management, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel.
