FINANCE MANAGER

growing global company that operates manufacturing plants in
Indonesia and has supply and manufacturing connections in India and
China, producing a wide range of premium natural stone tile product.
Island Stone sells through its exclusive worldwide distribution
network. The company was established on the invention of the pebble
tile, and now has a complete range of unique and innovative floor and
wall coverings.

We are currently recruiting for an Indonesian national to head up the
financial management of our Indonesian operations. The successful
candidate would be expected to spend an initial six months
(approximately) working in Bali after which time he/she would be
based in Surabaya on a permanent basis.

This position would be suitable for an individual who possesses:

• University and/or professional qualifications in accountancy.
• Demonstrated progressive financial management experience
within a commercial environment.
• A strong understanding of Indonesian taxation law and
significant experience managing company taxation compliance
(including SPT Masa and SPT Tahunan reports).
• Cost accounting experience, preferably obtained in a
manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Exceptional people management and diplomacy skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills – especially MS Excel.
• A hands-on approach to problem solving.
• A desire to re-locate to Surabaya if not already resident
there.

The ideal candidate would also have;

• MYOB experience.
• Knowledge/ experience of other PT/PMA compliance issues ex.
business licenses, building permits, BKPM reporting, JAMSOSTEK.
• A background in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of the stone industry.
• Exposure to working within a multi-national environment.
