SYSTEM SUPPORT (SYSTEM-VJS)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Firstlevels system support, hardware and software. Support dailyoperational computer operation. Receiveuser problem report, identifyproblem, solve problem and record into problem record database system.
QUALIFICATIONS
- S1/D3 Information Technology, SystemInformation, Electro, or equivalent.
- Male, max age 25.
- Single
- Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience asIT Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge and experience with hardwareand software troubleshooting.
- Understanding LAN, WAN, Internet, MS Access,other programming language will be advantage.
- Active, honest, polite, friendly, know how todeal with users.
- Creative, full of idea to improve ITinfrastructure and excited with new IT technology.
- Willing to work at Cibitung.
