Financial & Administration Manager

We are PT. Angkasa Pura Schiphol, a 50/50 joint venture company between PT
(Persero) Angkasa Pura II and Schiphol Group, Netherlands.
This strategic co-operation was formulized in 1996 and has an objective of
developing Soekarno-Hatta International Airport as a world class Airport
City.

PT. Angkasa Pura Schiphol has a variety line of business, including: Saphire
(airport exclusive loyalty program) www.saphire. co.id
, airport media, airport consultancy, airport IT
development programs, etc.

Currently we are seeking for a highly motivated Professional to join our
team as:

Financial & Administration Manager

With the following requirements:
Responsibilities
* Reporting to Board of Directors and responsible for the overall
financial operations of the company including managing the financial
department.
* Preparation of Business plans, business cases, yearly budgets,
forecasts and related activities in cooperation with all stakeholders.
* Prepare and follow-up of the monthly reporting, daily treasury
reporting and treasury forecasts.
* Financial contact person concerning Accountants, Audits, Tax,
contracts, invoicing etc.
* Responsible for the set up, maintenance and control of the
administrative procedures.

Skills
* Male or Female
* Preferably University degree in Accounting or Business
Administration
* Minimum of 5 year of financial experience in international
orientated commercial company with customer services
* Preferred knowledge and experience with financial software "Exact"
or other Financial ERP system.
* Excellent analytical skills
* Experience in office application software
* Fluent in English (speech and writing)
