Senior Asset Integrity
Engineer (07-0200) Basic Purpose:
Responsible to manage AssetIntegrity Management, RBI (Risk Based Inspection) program and developinspection manual/procedures. Ensuring that technical integrity of all topsideequipment/ piping and sub sea structures including pipeline, are managedproperly in accordance to codes, company standards and regulations
Qualification and Experiences:
Degreein Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
· Minimum10 years experiences in the oil and gas or related industries includingexperience with asset integrity management, Risk Based Inspection and RiskAssessment Analysis
·
Goodunderstanding and know how of welding, corrosion, inspection and NDT technology
· Familiarwith the relevant API, ASME, AWS, NACE, BS, other related standards and ABS,MIGAS, BP MIGAS and other government regulations
·

Production Chemist/Chemist
Engineer (07-0109) MainResponsibilitie s

Tooptimize chemical usage without impacting on quality of oil, gas, producedwater and emissions to the environment
· Toensure effective corrosion mitigation measures are in place for all stationaryand pressure containing equipment

Toensure laboratory operations function effectively to an auditable standard suchas NATA or similar

Senior Petroleum Engineer (07-0113) MainResponsibilitie s
·
Workwithin a multi-disciplinary environment to provide engineering input to theexploration and development assets within the companies operate andnon-operated licenses
·
Responsiblefor the monitoring of the operated field well / reservoir performance on adaily and monthly basis. Work in closeconjunction with the production department to make recommendations todepartment heads for the necessary operations to optimize / maximize fieldproduction.
· Planand conduct static and dynamic analyses of reservoir performance and seek waysto optimize that performance.
· Responsiblefor the generation of field reserves and production profiles to meet BU andcorporate requirements Provide input into weekly / monthly production reportingfor BU, corporate and JV purposes.
· Performad-hoc evaluations of reservoir / fields that the company is evaluating thepotential purchase/ divestment.

Independentlyconduc t and initiate reservoir engineering studies to identify and realizebusiness opportunities that optimize / maximize the value of Premier Oil Indonesia’soil and gas fields. Assist in thedevelopment of long term development plans for the companies assets

Qualifications andexperience

Senior Cost & Schedule
Engineer (07-0141) MainResponsibilitie s
·
Developproject master schedules and assist in the development of long term developmentschedule s.
·
Developdetailed internal project schedules and supervise contractor’s development ofproject schedules and reporting systems.
·
Developproject cost estimates and budgets.
·
Implementproject cost control systems compatible with company requirements. Supervise implementation of contractor’s costreporting systems.
·
Compileall project reports internal, corporate and governmental.
· Ensurethat all contracts and tender documents have adequate mechanisms and safeguardsin place to track report and control schedule and cost expenditure. Ensure that project targets are accuratelyincorpora ted into contracts.

Assistin the systematic evaluation of tender packages and recommendation ofsuccessful bidders.
·
Attendregular planning and project management meetings between Premier technical andcommercial sections within the project team and other technical and commercialmeetings with Contractors where Premier interests have to be secured.

Ensurethat all changes to budgets or schedule are recorded and agreed through theappropriate internal and external control systems and reported.
· Compileaccurate forecast of contract costs, schedules and accruals for internaldistributio n within the company.

Qualifications andexperience
Haveminimum 10 to 15 years work experience in depth work in oil and gas industryand previous experience in major oil & gas EPCI project execution.
· Bachelordegree in Management, or Engineering
·
Musthave a good and effective communication in written and spoken English.
· Musthave extensive knowledge of project control systems and procedures particularlyrelated to high value offshore oil and gas developments.
·
Musthave proven experience in preparing cost estimates and schedules for high valueoffshore oil and gas developments.
·
Mustbe self-starter who can plan and work independently and must be conscientious.
Senior Project Engineer (07-0142) MainResponsibilitie s
·
Ensurethat all activities conducted by Project Team comply with company, BPMigas,Migas and Government regulations
·
Coordinatewith Production Department to establish future support requirements for projectassistance
·
Assistin the technical basis of design for projects, liaising with all departments inthe company.
·
Assistin preparing technical and commercial justifications for projects.
·
Assistin guiding projects through the government regulations including the BPMigasapprovals process.
·
Assistin establishing tender and execution plans for projects.
·
Assistin ensuring that project tender processes and purchasing procedures followgovernment and company regulation
·
Preparework scopes monitor the tender process and place service orders withinresponsibilit y
·
Liaisewith BPMigas and Migas with regard toroutine project updates, activity co-ordination and funding approval to supportthe project team
·
Providesupport, guidance and training to all national members of Project Team fortheir career development and to enhance their knowledge and technical skill

Haveat least 2 years experience of presenting projects to government authorities, particularly BPMigas, for technical and commercial approval.
·
Universitydegree in engineering
·
Havehigh degree of proven knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industryespecially in offshore platform design and construction

Haveproven supervisory skills
·
Possesa high degree of knowledge and experience in Indonesian Government regulations

Maintenance Engineer (07-0198)
MainResponsibilitie s
Responsible for all aspects relating to maintenance ofrotating equipment, including spare parts requisition and ongoing maintenanceas well as being a technical resource for the wider Production Operations Group
Qualification and Experiences:

Engineeringdegree preferably in Mechanical Engineering

Specificmechanical equipment post graduate short course training
·
Minimumof seven years relevant industry in maintenance mechanical experience at leastthree of which should be oil & gas specific
·
Solidcondition monitoring experience including lube oil analysis, vibrationmonitoring and data analysis

Firstrate technical skills with a broad range of machine knowledge including gasturbine drivers, centrifugal compressors, pumps, gas and liquid fuel drivenengines. Mechanical properties of steel and material selection for thecorrect service.

Senior Telecoms Engineer (07-0453) MainResponsibilitie s
· Provide coordination and control of all contractors and contracts concerned with the telecommunication system of the company
·
Provide technical support and back-up to all departments in respect to their telecommunications requirements within the company’s guidelines
·
Responsible to the company and BPMIGAS regarding telecommunication status and activities
· Responsible for ensuring that all budget and invoicing for the company’s telecommunications requirements are covered as per the company’s guidelines
·
Ensure that all telecommunications activities within the company Facilities are conducted and comply with all legal and Company requirements.
·
Performance of routine and non-routine task and attendance of such meetings as directed by the Senior Instrument/Controls Engineer or as required in order to meet Company objectives. Ensure that all relevant managers and staff are kept informed of all major telecommunications opportunities, developments, problems or potential problems which could or might impact upon the business.
Qualifications andexperience

Have minimum 10 years work experience
in maintaining and operating telecommunication systems

Experience in the telecommunications requirements of the oil and gas industry is preferable
