Officer Development Program (ODP)

ODP is a specialized fast track program offering rapid career advancement
for ambitious and talented fresh graduates. Following twelve moths of
intensive training & development you will be assigned as Assistant Manager
of SMEC or Corporate Banking. You will be responsible to foster beneficial
relationship between BII and its most important SMEC & Corporate Banking
customers, and provide recommendation for them to reach their objectives.
Since these assignments are crucial to sustain BII's growth in the future,
