Friends-Internation al is looking for a
ChildSafe Network Officer
Job Location: Banda Aceh, Indonesia
Duties:
- Work closely with the ChildSafe Network Project Manager for Aceh Province (CNPM)
- Build a strong network of key community members and businesses.
- Project management of ChildSafe projects assigned by the CNPM.
- Assist in conducting research to determine situation analysis (identifying partners and members; tourism industry trends; political atmosphere, etc).
- Assist in building a strong network of referral and implementing partners and members.
- Assist in conducting regular evaluations of implemented projects.
- Weekly (regular) meetings with CNPM.
- Assist in maintaining excellent relations with local and national authorities

- Assist in maintaining excellent relations with relevant IOs and NGOs
- Assist in maintaining excellent relations with donor agencies.
- Assist in establishing MoUs with relevant authorities (local and national)
- Assist in the supervision and monitoring of active ChildSafe projects in Aceh Province.
- Assist in the supervision and monitoring of ChildSafe members and partners to protect the integrity and quality of the project.
- Financial responsible for assigned projects to stay on budget and time.
- Travel to provinces for training, monitoring and possible travel outside Aceh Province.
- Assist in the IEC development.
- Assist in the development of promotional and membership materials.
- Reporting to CNPM. This may include monthly, quarterly reports, 6 month reports and final reports.
- Other task required by CNPM.
Start date: SOON. Probation period: 3 (three) month. Candidates will be expected to comply with Friends-Internation al’s child protection policy.
