JOB VACANCY

Swisscontact through a business recovery projectin Aceh and Nias is currently
seeking highly motivated, dedicated and experienced staff for the
following position to be based in Banda Aceh:

IT Consultant
The post holder reports to Project Manager/Head of Operation and is responsibleto
provide IT support.

MAIN DUTIES:

Maintaining
project databases; updating data and all information needed in the
database;Provide
technical assistance of troubleshooting and IT problems for users;Advice IT users in using the best IT
resources;Coach
partners in implementing good conduct of IT related to the projects;Provide
maintenance and act as administrator to projects€ ¢ website content;Support
the implementation of programs such as procurement and administrative
function;Any
other duties requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor
degree in Information Technology.At least 2 years experience in IT support,
maintenance trouble shooting in a network configuration and system administrator; Good knowledge in configuration of operating
system (Small Business Server 2003, MS Windows 2000, XP, Vista);Good
knowledge with SQL Server;Experienced in identifying basic problems in
hardware such as multi function printer, laptop, and PC.Experienced of working with IT equipments: WI-FI
access point, switch, router modem and PABX;Good
English command;Good
communication skills;Available for extensive travel within Indonesia if needed.
