Bachelor degree in Engineering (civil, environmental, architecture or other relevant), Training and education in water and sanitation would be an advantage (preferable) ; Experience in Engineering practice, especially in community related water, sanitation and hygiene promotion project, Managing team and activities and also created report [required for 1) and preferable for 2)], previous work with international organisations would be an asset. Skills/knowledge
Self supporting in computer (Microsoft office, internet browsing); Fluent spoken and written in English and Bahasa; Familiar with any participatory methodologies (RRA, PRA, PLA, SARAR), Knowledge and skill in PHAST training and implementation is an added advantage;

Skilled in community mobilization and education; Commitment to the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement; integrity & personality conduct; sensitivity to diversity; flexibility and adaptability pro-activity; solution focused; decisiveness; accountability team work; interpersonal skill; resilience.

Responsible in the identification and delivery of the water, sanitation and hygiene promotion in the areas.
Responsible in the field assessment of water, sanitation and health condition in the communities.
Responsible in the community mobilization, perform and train of community group and also link between community group with local authorities (PMI, Puskesmas, etc.)
Work as a team with the Sr. Project Officer and where applicable with the construction supervisor to plan, organize oversee construction activities in the field.
Write and submit progress reports to Sr. Project Officer
