is an Independent and non-political non-profit organization which
attempts to channel the aspiration and to stand for small business
interests as well as to develop Integrated small business empowerment
activities in all economics lines through various integrated efforts.
WE ARE SEEKING FOR A HIGH CALIBER INDONESIAN TO FILL THE POSITION OF
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Necessary Qualification :
> Clear Vision, conceptual, strong commitment in small business
Issues
> Broad network to small business, donors, government, and NGOs
> Fluency in English, Oral and Written
> Profound knowledge of economy development small business,
government policies
> Posses a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing
institution or program, preferably in small business development
> Strong leadership skill with a hands-on management style ;
receptive to inputs, able to motivate and e! mpowers the entire team
> Superb International and social communications skill in dealing
with stakeholders
The successful candidate will be expected to take his/her duties as
the Executive Director as soon as possible. Only short listed
