CCF, an International, non-profit, non-sectarian organization
working for the survival, protection and well-being of over 7
million children in more than 30 countries worldwide; have vacant
position for CCF Indonesia program
HR Coordinator
1) Minimum bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in
Human Resources, Psychology / Management.
2) Minimum 4 years working experience in Human Resources
functions, preferably in INGO.
3) Proficiency in HR functions especially in
Recruitment/ Selection, industrial relation, Compensation/ Benefit
strategy, Training & Development, Job Analysis & Job evaluation (Key
Result Area (KRA) & Key Performance Indicator (KPI), and other HR
administrative work.
4) In-depth knowledge of local government policy, regulations
and manpower labor laws.
5) Strong leadership, managerial, analytical thinking,
mentoring and counseling skills.
6) People oriented and resourceful with strong interpersonal
and relationship building skills.
7) Possess reasonable knowledge in using relevant office
applications such as MS Office, MS Word, Ms Excel, power point, etc.
8) Conversant with English (Oral / written) is must.
9) Excellent communication and presentation skill.
10) Energetic, smart worker, multi-tasking and ready to work
under heavy pressures to meet deadlines and targets.
