Officer
Job Summary :
The Fundraising/ marketing manager perform role in providing strategic
direction in managing foundation fundraising and external
relationship management. He/She is responsible to create and adjust
the policies, regulation and procedures related with foundation
external relationship; Responsible for plan and implement
fundraising activity ; establish network and execute activities for
fund raising; coordinate with other department in a matter of fund
raising; bridging relationship and communication between position
holders in foundation and project with other party related with their
field of work. He/She also responsible in create and manage Ibu
Foundation promotion & socialization programs to the external
environment.
Qualifications :
Education
€ ’µ Bachelor Degree, Preferably Master Degree, in Communication,
Marketing or Marketing Communication. Could be from other major but
have experience in the related field above.
€ ’µ Knowledge on Marketing Communication.
€ ’µ Knowledge in social & cultural approach to individual, group,

2. Program Manager

Job Summary :
The Program manager performs role in developing overall program
intervention in the foundation; providing technical guideline in a
form of policies, procedure and regulation for all program
activities; monitoring program activities and progress in all sites
in according to goal and objective in strategic planning; Develop
proposal for submission; Evaluate and verify program reports
submitted by site program officer before submission to donors;
Provide guidance to site program officer in site program development;
Coordinate with Finance Manager in a matter of program financing.
He/She is also responsible to establish and maintain donor & partner
network to support for foundation operation.
Qualifications :
Education

Psychology, Environment or other related field from reputable

Immediate Supervised : FIeld Site Manager .
Job Summary :
The Project Manager main responsibility is to manage the overall
project management in all site office in the IBU in the territory
where the foundation is conducting its operation. The Project Manager
perform a key role in providing strategic leadership and direction to
all foundation members in the sites, especially those under his/her
immediate supervision, ensuring the adequacy of site office resource
to be used in achieving foundations goals, act as public relation in
bridging communication between site office and external stakeholder
in territory. Ensuring all site office following IBU foundation
procedure and guideline.
Qualifications :
Education
€ ’µ Bachelor Degree, Preferably Master Degree, in Health,
Psychology, Sociology or Economics. Could be from other major but
have experience in the related field above.

Job Summary :
The Logistic Officer perform role in managing the logistic in IBU
Foundation Office and perform technical assistance of logistic at
site offices. He/She is responsible to create policies, regulation
and procedure for logistic management in IBU office. He/She is
responsible to manage all logistic procurement; coordinate with site
manager and field logistic coordinator to ensure the proper storage,
utilization, maintenance and recording of logistic in project site;
safeguard head office assets in the form of logistic; create logistic
supplier & procurement database; to make monthly logistic report to
Executive Director.
Qualifications :
Education

5. Human Resource Officer

Job Summary :
The human resource officer main responsibilities are to administer
the implementation of human resource management. He/She is
responsible to maintain the implementation of human resource
policies, regulation and procedure required in managing the head
office. Coordinate with the finance and logistic manager in a matter
of providing human resource compensations and coordinate with program
manager in a matter of providing human resource for program
implementation in IBU foundation territory. Create and up-date the
head office database.
Qualifications :
Education
€ ’µ Bachelor Degree in Administration, Management or Industrial
Psychology. Could be from other major but have experience in the
related field above.

Job Summary
Responsible for general office administration. Responsible for the
receipt, dispatch and accountability of all incoming and outgoing
mail / pouch/ faxes and E-mail. Responsible for handling visitors and
telephone calls; Responsible for filing and typing of materials as
requested by the Program Department and Directors. Assist HR Officer
in facilitation the required recruitment and selection process.
Ensure all personnel files of the field staffs are well maintained
and updated. To attend any other tasks requested by the Line Manager
and Director as required and when necessary Develop an
administration budget in consultation with the Finance Manager and
ensure efficient and effective use IBU Foundation.
Qualification

University degree in administration/ social/other discipline, good in
detail
Proven experience in similar area for 2 years, good computer skills
and abilities, particularly in spreadsheets Good knowledge of basic
computer operations, internet and MS office

7. Volunteer Coordinator
Employment Status : Part Time
Location : Head Office
Scope of Work : Human Resource Department
Immediate Supervisor : Human Resource Officer

Job Summary
Responsible for coordinate volunteer in Human Resource Department.
Responsible Managing Volunteer in term of training and Placement in
different department. Coordinate with Field Manager for placement
volunteer in field office. Ensure all volunteer personnel files of in
updated. To attend any other tasks requested by the Line Manager and
Director as required and when necessary Develop an administration
budget in consultation with the Finance Manager and ensure efficient
and effective use IBU Foundation.
Qualification
University degree in administration/ social/other discipline, good in
