The Candidate
* Age between 40 to 50 years * Has held a general manager's
position or higher * Preferably an Engineer with experience within
the bids and tenders process in the oil & gas industry * Evidence of
success in developing services business in the oil & gas industry *
Evidence of extensive networks in the Indonesian oil & gas industry
* Evidence of ability to work under challenging conditions * Proven
leadership competency * Able to display authority without losing
respect of peers and subordinates * Diplomatic in approach whilst
retaining confidence and respect with all personnel, will be vital to
make this role a successful one. * Must display exceptional
communication skills. * Evidence of specific achievements within
previous roles including delivering best practice. * Highly focused
on quality and service. * Fluency in verbal and written English
