Position : Compensation & Benefits Administrator
Reporting to : Chief Financial Officer
Job Design:
Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day employee compensation & benefits
administration, including employee
income tax, jamsostek and other related administrative tasks within the
Financial function
Job Holder's qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Administration
Minimum 4 years work experience in compensation & benefits administration
Fluent in English and having effective communication skill
Strong at numerical calculation and analytical capability
Excellent with MS Office and (preferably) familiar with branded HR &
Payroll application software(s)
Process & Result oriented
