HEAD OF OPERATION SOLUTION CENTER/HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Key Responsibilities:
a.. Provide the leadership and direction for operations solution center
b.. Develop and create effective programs/trainings for Agents
c.. Establish the long term plan and objective for customer care
d.. Profice competitive edge through service excellent to our sales representative (Agents); transform OSC (Operation Solution Center) service to the best customer provider
e.. Ensure that OSC decision and correspondence compliance with all government regulatory and corporate requirements
f.. To maximize the result of operation solution specialist by solving the problem
Key Requirements:
a.. Min. 7 years of experience in Customer Service (Insurance, Banking and Financial Institution)
b.. Min. Bachelor's Degree any major from reputable university
c.. Strong leadership
d.. Strong Communication skill
e.. Problem solver
f.. Service and action oriented
g.. Excellent command of English is a must
