Qualifications:
- Graduate in human resources management, or in general management from reputable universities.
- At least 2-3 years experience as Human Resources Generalist or in recruitment area.
- Age not more than 35 years old.
- Familiar to work with expatriates or had experience to work in a multicultural environment.
- Has a strong understanding regarding Indonesian manpower regulations.
- Team leader, strong personality, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
- Good communication skill.
