M&E Specialist – scope of work

The monitoring and evaluation (M&E) Specialist will monitor and evaluate the progress of program activities, subcontractors, grantees and stakeholder/ partners through
its M&E plan. Specifically the work will include, but not be limited to:

Responsibilities:

Implement project monitoring and evaluation planDevelop methodology for systematic data collection and analysis of program indicatorsAccuratel y survey and quantify data Monitor program progress and objectively evaluate its success based on indicators Report results on program activities Identify an outside firm and manage the implementation of a KAP Study

Qualifications:

Experience with USAID funded projects preferred Demonstrable experience in community mobilization and behavior change programsAbility to work with quantitative and
qualitative data Ability to communicate verbally and written in English and Bahasa
