ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
The Job Profile:
Duties:
* Document Tracking,
* Travel & meeting arrangement,
* Leave record maintenance,
* Attendance monitoring,
* Petty cash handling,
* Preparing regular intra department memo,
* Administrative support intern / extern,
* Stationery ordering and other secretarial routines.
* Monitor & record assets
* Monitor & record payments and telegraphic transfers
* Check, make and pay flight arrangements
* and other duties when deemed necessary.
General Requirements:
* Male / Female,
* Bachelor Degree
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office compulsory)
* Maximum 35 years old
* Fluent English
* Team Player
* Effective Communication
* Able to work under extreme stress
* Minimum 2 years experience in admin / secretarial position
