Senior 3G/HSDPA OSS Engineer
Justifications for getting experience 3G Sr. OSS engineer:

Knowledge in OSS4.0/4.1 & 4.2
Knowledge in Planedit by exporting/importing parameters via XML so that parameters can be loaded to the network ASAP
Knowledge in Network Planning Parameters. During optimization, we just need to mention the values and parameters and she can change & implement it directly
Familiarity with 3G KPI counters and where to extract using different tools (EOSFLEX, Report Builder, SQL scripts)
Knowledge in using NEMU to check & modify parameters, configuration management
Knowledge in running/extracting ICSU logs since no RNC engineer is available for this project it will very helpful when doing optimization
Knowledge in doing basic RF Optimization. Can do parameter consistency check, performance analysis, parameter tuning, alarm monitoring
Scope Of Work:

Loading the parameter changes as requested by planner and optimization engineer.
Collection of KPI performance data and sending to planner & optimizer on daily basis.
Running of data scripts as needed by planner and optimizer.
Preparing scripts needed to run reports for KPI purpose.

Performance analysis
Alarm monitoring
