Vacancy : Head Helpdesk & System & Network Engineer

1. Head Helpdesk
Responsibilities :
* Manages Users' expectations, handle feedback and enquiries
* Manage helpdesk team

Requirements :
* S1 in computer science
* >2 years experience in the same position
* Strong communication skills,interpersona l skills and a
professional appearance are essential
* Able to work in team
* Strong analysis & troubleshooting hardware and software
* Strong knowledge Windows and Linux

2. System & Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Manages Infrastructure Management ( Network Architecture &
Infrastructure)
* Constant evaluation of existing systems and practices to ensure
they meet corporate standards.
* performance and security.


Requirements:

* S1 in computer science
* >1 years experience in the same position
* Strong communication skills,interpersona l skills and a
professional appearance are essential
* Able to work in team
* Especially on certification system & network engineer (CCNA,
MCP/MCSA)
* Strong knowledge on System Management (Windows & Linux Server)
