In Indonesia our main
programs include Flood Mitigation, Shelter and Livelihoods with our Field
office based in Banda Aceh, and further sub-offices in Jogyakarta, Padang and Jakarta

Muslim Aid Indonesia is looking
for a highly experienced individual to fill this vacancy of Senior Accountant & Finance Assistant/Cashier who are
willing to located on the Banda Aceh Field Office.

1. Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will under
the direct supervision of Finance Manager in all related financial functions
and ensuring timely. Together
with the Finance Manager, he/she will monitor and track the budgetary,
responsible for implementing and undertaking financial, accounting and
cashiering activities, support budgeting activities and the program in
maintaining efficient financial systems/record.

Qualification and Experience:

The candidate is expected to have
Degree in Finance or Accounting or other related fields and a minimum 5 years
working experience in the field; experience in financial planning, monitoring,
evaluation, and reporting, preferable has experience in NGO/INGO; Familiar with
IT skill and implementing accounting software programs e.g. FUND EZ System;
good understanding of taxes regulation; Ability both written and spoken English
is essential.

2.Finance Assistant/Cashier

The Finance Assistant/Cashier
shall work under the guidance of the Senior Finance to support the MAI office in all related
financial functions to ensure timely and accurate financial report. Together with the Senior Finance, he/she shall
be responsible to ensure the financial activities follow the norms and
standards set by donors and Muslim Aid.

Qualification and Experience:

The candidate is expected to have
Degree in Finance or Accounting or other related fields and a minimum 3 years
working experience in the field; experience in financial planning, monitoring,
evaluation, and reporting; a good understanding of development and relief
issues as well as appreciation of cultural and social differences. Ability both
written and spoken English is essential.
