Operation Manager (Telecommunication)

My client is one of the telecommunication (multinational) company in
Singapore. They are currently expanding their business and looking
for a smart, young and dynamic person to become:

OPERATION MANAGER

You are basically responsible to manage and lead a team of engineers
responsible for circuit implementation on local and global MPLS
network, Router Management Service and suit of services under Private
IP Products. You will also be responsible to provide next level
technical support to the provisioning engineers on troubleshooting
customer circuit implementation issue. Ensuring all service
deliveries are tracked and managed, and service are delivered
according to schedule, project plan and contract recruitment
Work with Product Managers on new product or enhancement on existing
product for support and processes pertaining to provisioning/
implementation will also be part of your duties include developing,
implementing and documenting all procedures and processes in order to
ensure that operations are conducted in the most cost effective and
efficient manner. Last but not least, you are also required to manage
resources, capital and operating expenses within each individual team
and ensure that resources are used at the most optimum, efficient and
cost effective manner.

To become a successful candidate, you must have a Degree in
Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Telecommunication with minimum 3
years experience in handling Telecommunication Services such as Data
Communications, IP Networking, CCNA Certified while managing MPLS
Network and CCNP certification will be preferred. You must possess
work exposures to one or more specialties in Transmission Networks,
SDH/DWDM/PDH, DACS, xDSL, IP DSLAM, LAN, TDM, FR, ATM, Metro-
Ethernet, BGP, OSPF, IPSec, SSL, VPN and IP internetworking devices.
Flair in Customer Service and technical reporting are required.
Fluent in English both written and spoken is pre-requisite.
