The Royal Norwegain Embassy in Jakarta is currently looking for a national counsultant to participate in two upcoming evaluations.
The projects that will be evaluated are within the field of good governance and democratization. They have components of research and capacity-building.
Candidates should be available from March 17 and 4-5 weeks thereafter. Jakarta will be the main location for the evaluations, but there will be trips to several locations, including Aceh and Yogyakarta.
The team conducting the evaluations will consist of two people. The consultant will work together with a senior advisor from Norad.
Requirements
- fluent in English and Indonesian language
- experience of working with good governance/democrat ization/capacity -building
- higher relevant education
- experience with project evaluations
- good team worker/easy to cooperate with
- experience from Aceh is a plus.
