The Indonesia TRP Delegation operates from offices in Banda Aceh (main), Calang, Lamno, Sabang and Pulo Aceh. It also has liaison offices in Jakarta, and other areas in Aceh province in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross. The Indonesia TRP program has a budget of over $200m. It commenced in May 2005 and will be completed by June 2010.

Specific DUTIES responsibilities and accountabilities :
To Keep Project File complete and up-dated; Facilitate Travel Bookings, training venues, and purchase of tickets when necessary; Maintain and up date Avian Influenza database; To Assist Program Manager overseeing the management and implementation of Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Avian Influenza (AI) Project; To provide timely input to ARC Program Manager regarding achievement of targets and modification of program objectives as needed; To Assist Program Manager reviewing and provide technical assistance to PMI on AI training content and ensure that objectives of trainings are met; To prepare the budget and finance report of the project; To conduct field visits to project sites to collect information; Assist PMI Avian influenza Manager to collate PMI field reports, ensure reports are according to agreed upon format, and provide timely feedback; To prepare data and information for monthly narrative reports to ARC Avian Influenza Program Manager

Qualification and Requirement :
Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Good supervisory skills; Ability and willingness to do field visits; Good knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Photo Shop) ; Background in health and knowledge of the Red Cross system a plus

Social Mobilization Program Officer ( 1 person )
Specific DUTIES responsibilities and accountabilities :
To assist the Social Mobilization Program Manager overseeing the management and implementation of Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Social Mobilization Program; To provide timely input to American Red Cross Social Mobilization Program Manager regarding achievement of targets and modification of program objectives as needed; To assist the Social Mobilization Program Manager to review and provide technical assistance to PMI on Social Mobilization training content and ensure that objectives of trainings are met; To conduct field visits to project sites to collect information and to ensure project activities meet specified objectives; To prepare data and information for monthly narrative report to American Red Cross Social Mobilization Program Manager; Attendance at meeting in capacity of translator when needed; Translation of both written and spoken Indonesian and English languages; Submit field trip/training report in relation to technical assistance with PMI NAD

Mechanical / Electrical Engineer ( 1 Person )
Specific DUTIES responsibilities and accountabilities :
Under the direction of the Project Manager, reviews engineering designs, construction documents, and change order requests, and works to resolve potential issues or problems ; Undertake initial field assessments of the existing M&E of the water treatment plant and the site, develop an appreciation of the project site; Conduct mechanical/electric al review of the existing WTP, as well as the review of improved water treatment plant; Daily supervision of the works of the contractor and coordinate the timely completion of other works like the civil, and instrumentation works; Review all unit operations, M&E tagging, P&ID, hydraulic profile, site layout of the improved system, also indepth review of the technical specifications and particular conditions; Conduct actual mechanical/electric al tests of all unit operations and inspection of all M&E Equipment; Prepare state of the art O&M of the improved water treatment plant; Perform all other functions as
instructed by the Project Manager.

Qualification and Requirement :
Fluent in both Bahasa and English preferred (written and spoken); Mechanical/Electric al Engineering degree from Indonesia or abroad; Minimum 5 years working experience in design, project management and commissioning water treatment plant, rural water and sanitation projects in Indonesia.

Water Treatment Specialist ( 1 Person )
Specific DUTIES responsibilities and accountabilities :
Under the direction of the Project Manager, reviews engineering process and detailed engineering designs, construction documents, and change order requests, and works to resolve potential issues or problems; Undertake initial field assessments of the existing WTP and the plant site; Perform systemic assessment of the water treatment plant; Prepare process calculations and DED, P&ID, hydraulic profile; site layout of the improved and expanded system; Review all unit operations, process tagging, P&ID, hydraulic profile, site layout of the improved system, also indepth review of the technical specifications and particular conditions; Conduct actual water quality tests, perform jar test, prepare detailed report; Prepare state of the art O&M of the improved water treatment plant; Perform all other functions as instructed by the Project Manager.

Qualification and Requirement :
Fluent in both Bahasa and English preferred (written and spoken); Sanitary or Chemical Engineering degree from Indonesia or abroad; Minimum 5 years working experience in design, project management and commissioning water treatment plant, rural water and sanitation projects in Indonesia.
