Title:
Interconnect & Roaming System Manager
Main Function:
The Interconnection & Roaming System Manager spearheads the development and management of applications for Interconnection & Roaming related systems including interconnection configuration, routing management, traffic and performance analysis.
Main Responsibilities :
a.. Functional and administrative management of the Interconnect & Roaming Billing unit whose responsibility follows for any of the related system as enumerated above:
a.. Ensure effective and efficient delivery of Interconnect & Roaming system application development and management
b.. Collaborate constantly with business management units of various organizations to identify and address system requirements
c.. Managed day to day operation of interconnection & roaming system, including system configuration, reconciliation and TAP / CIBER files monitoring
d.. Perform in-house applications development functions ( where economically feasible ) that includes:
a.. System Analysis & Quality Assurance
b.. Post Implementation review
c.. Enhancements & Control Management
e.. Ensure compatibility of applications system to allow integration with other systems
f.. Perform system parameter management
b.. Prepares Interconnect & Roaming Settlement Reports as needed
Qualifications :
a.. Age 26 - 35 years old
b.. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from a reputable university.
c.. Good knowledge in PL/SQL, Oracle and Project Management
d.. Good knowledge of local interconnection regulation (Revenue Based / Cost Based)
e.. Minimum 4-5 years of experiences in Interconnect billing and settlement system
