*HR STAFF - ( _contract-based) _*
A *temporary role* exists for an HR Staff to support the HR Department
in a Multinational Consumer Goods Company. Working closely with the HR
team, you will be responsible for all administrative and day to day HR
duties including but not limited to:
* Maintaining of Human Resource files
* The reconciliation and processing of Annual leave and Sick leave
* Processing of Medical & Vehicle Insurance claims
* Management of monthly payroll temporary staff
* Maintaining & Setting up of employee records
* Assistance with temporary staff selection, training & inductions
* Reporting
* General office administration
*Requirements: *
* At least 2 years full function HR experience.
* Bachelors Degree (S1) in Accounting or HR Management from
reputable Universities.
* Below 27 years old at the age of application
* Excellent MS Office skills
* High Attention to detail, reliable, honest, trustworthy & have
exceptional communication skills
* Strong numerical and accounts skills are essential.
* Strong negotiation & influencing skills
* Ability to multi task and handle pressures & deadline
