World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following position :

LINTAS Project Coordinator

The job-holder will be responsible for day to day management, monitoring and ensuring the quality of LINTAS project in Rote (NTT Province) , in order to achieve the outcome of the project, to increase the quality and quantity of seaweed in Rote and will utilize the gains received by households from seaweed farming to respond to children´s needs in health and education.

S1, Social economic in Agriculture

With 2 - 3 years proven managerial experience in handling a development Project at district / provincial level or equivalent experience will be an advantage

Demonstrated management experience in the area of training and monitoring and evaluation at all levels. Result-based management orientation.

Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) at all levels and also computer skills (min: MS Word and Excel) and ability to negotiate with organization in meetings for WVI.

Strong inter-personal and leadership skills.
High analytical skills
Able to taking decision, creative and innovative,.
